Vibrators for formwork

Vibrators for construction formwork IV-448 are created for concrete mix compaction in formwork in hard-to-get-at-places for immersion suspension vibrators: under windows and recesses, in columns, etc. The equipment comprises a suspension vibrator mounted on a quick-release locking clamp. The clamp is used for fastening the mechanism to DOKA, PERI and other compatible formworks. The vibrator is mounted in place of the form lock.

The exciting force can be adjusted via altering position of the eccentric weights, situated under the covers at both ends of the vibrator.

Either a standard vibrator (mechanical vibration frequency 50Hz) or a high-speed vibrator (mechanical vibration frequency 100Hz or 200Hz) can be used in the vibrators for construction formwork.
