High frequency vibrators

These vibrators are used to generate vibration in facilities for compaction of concrete mixes and soils, transportation, discharge and screening of loose materials, for driving of vibrating tables, vibrating feeders and other processing operations, inclusive of mini-units for brick manufacturing.

A vibrator is basically a three-phase induction squirrel-cage motor with eccentric masses at the end of the rotor shaft. The eccentric masses, while rotating with the rotor shaft, generate the exciting force.

The double eccentric masses at the both ends of the shaft make it possible to adjust the exciting force. In order to adjust the force, it is necessary to alter the angle between the movable and the fixed eccentric masses on the both ends of the shaft.
The vibrator is to be operated via a variable electronic frequency converter, which enables to power the vibrator with current of 100 Hz or 200 Hz.
