Vibration tables

Vibrating tables have a very widespread application: production of paving slabs and reinforced concrete blocks, products crush test, compaction of free-flowing materials for packing. As a rule, the vibrating tables are custom-built in compliance with every customer’s requirements – dimensions, capacity and amplitude of vibration.

Vibrating table consists of a movable operating part, mounted on spring-loaded supports. The working part is equipped with two vibrators (or one vibrator with direct vibrations), creating a vertically directed vibrations transmitted to an object installed horizontally on the movable working part. Due to the vibration sealing of a material located on the vibrating table occurs.

The tabletop has minimum variation in plane, which prevents premature wear of casting moulds. The maximum dimensions of the tables produced by the plant are limited in length (3000 mm) and width (1100 mm). It is recommended to use control cabinets to ensure smooth start and instantaneous shutdown of a vibrator.
