IVAR-38, IVAR-50, IVAR-60, IVAR-75

Manual electrical immersion vibrator with a built-in electrical motor is created for compaction of concrete mixes poured into cast-in-situ constructions with various reinforcement density in hydraulic engineering as well as for manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete articles for precast concrete construction with the minimum spacing of reinforcement exceeding 1,5 of the head diameter.

The IVAR series vibrator consists of a vibro-head and a plastic box with a switch, which are connected by a rubber-metal sleeve. A power cable with a europlug is connected to the box.

The IVAR series vibrator is switched on with the help of a switch in the plastic box.

The vibrator is powered form a converter with the following characteristics: capacity 1,5 kW, input voltage 220V, current frequency 50Hz, output voltage 42V, current frequency 200 Hz. A more powerful converter can be used, providing the working voltage for the vibrator operation.

If necessary, several vibrators can be connected to one converter in compliance with the rated capacity of the current frequency converter and the vibrator. The vibrators must be put into operation sequentially with the time delay, which ensures a full-scale start of the vibrators.
