Vibrators IV-78, IV-102А, IV-103
Electrical immersion hand-operated vibrator with an integrated electric motor is created for compaction of concrete mixes poured into cast-in-situ constructions with various reinforcement density in hydraulic engineering as well as for manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products for precast concrete construction with the minimum spacing of reinforcement exceeding 1,5 of the head diameter.
The vibrator is powered from a converter (with 1,5 kW output, input voltage 220V, current frequency 50 Hz, output voltage 42V, current frequency 200 Hz) or from a converter with a higher output, which provides nominal voltage during operation of the vibrator.
If necessary, several vibrators can be connected to one converter in compliance with the rated capacity of the current frequency converter and the vibrator. The vibrators must be put into operation sequentially with the time delay, which ensures a full-scale start of the vibrators.

Operational mode of these vibrators S3-60%: in a 10-minute cycle – the motor works for 6 minutes, 4 minutes – idles.
