Immersion suspended vibrators
IV-95А consists of a vibrator head and a rubberized fabric hose with a cable placed in it.
The hermetically sealed head housing contains a three-phase induction squirrel-cage motor and an eccentric weight, which generates exciting force while rotating.
The vibrator operates from three-phase current with voltage 220V (127V) and current frequency 200 Hz.
If necessary, several vibrators can be connected to one current frequency converter in compliance with the rated capacity of the current frequency converter and the vibrator. The vibrators must be put into operation sequentially with the time delay, which ensures a full-scale start of the vibrators.

IV-114А is created for concrete mix compaction with a slump of a standard concrete cone within 2-3 cm, using layer-by-layer compaction up to 1,25 cm in unreinforced and lightly reinforced massive concrete blocks of hydralic engineering facilities.
The vibrator is used as suspended equipment mounted on small-size electrical vehicles, cranes, overhead runway beams, etc.
The vibrator is basically a hermetically sealed housing, the upper part of which contains a three-phase induction squirrel-cage motor and the bottom part – a vibratory mechanism.
The vibrator operates from three-phase current mains with voltage 380V.
The vibrator use makes it possible to eliminate direct contact of an operator with the vibrator, eliminating him from heavy manual operations, implement all-round mechanization of pouring and compacting of low workability concrete mix, boost labour productivity and improve quality of concrete operations.
