VIBRATORY HEADS FOR IMMERSION VIBRATORS WITH A FLEXIBLE SHAFT
The vibration head is part of the immersion vibrators used for construction work and is intended for compaction of concrete mixes, pored over small areas, in cast-in-place constructions, medium reinforced building structures.
The vibration head of all types of vibrators is a hermetically sealed enclosure with a roller inside connected with the shaft via a flexible joint. The roller, moving planetary over the taper surface of the core (or sleeve), generates vibratory oscillations of the housing. To prevent contamination there is a special felt strip, mounted on the shaft side in the vibratory heads of vibrators.
The following modifications to the heads are manufactured: diameters 28mm; 38mm; 51mm; 76mm.
