     Manual electrical immersion vibrator with a built-in electrical motor and an inverter is created for compaction of concrete mixes poured into cast-in-situ constructions with various reinforcement density in hydraulic engineering as well as for manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete articles for precast concrete construction with the minimum spacing of reinforcement exceeding 1,5 of the head diameter.

The IVAI series vibrators consist of a vibro-head and a converter (voltage and frequency converter), manufactured in an aluminum housing with mains lead and an electrical safety disconnecting device mounted on it, designed for a rated breaking differentiation current not exceeding 30 mA. The vibro-head and the converter are connected by a rubber-metal sleeve.

The IVAI series vibrators are powered from a single-phase 220V, 50Hz electrical network.

Operational mode of these vibrators S3-60%: in a 10-minute cycle – the motor works for 6 minutes, 4 minutes – idles.
